You are young and foreign-speaking? Between 11 and 18 years of age? You have been living in Belgium for less than a year? You want to learn Dutch as soon as possible to be able to study in Belgium? OKAN stands for Welcoming class of foreign-language newcomers. You receive an intensive language immersion in Dutch for 10 months. After about a year of OKAN you move on to regular education. Speaking, listening, writing and reading are central !
